Job description

As a facility coordinator, you support the facility manager in ensuring the best possible working conditions for staff and a safe learning environment for our students. For example, you advise on maintenance and adjustments to school buildings, grounds and installations. You make working agreements with your direct colleagues about safety, health and working conditions so that our school’s procedures are guaranteed and complied with. As a facility coordinator, you help ensure that our students, parents and colleagues can count on the best service within the school, in which there is an international (European) dynamic. This makes it an interesting, dynamic and complex environment. A great responsibility, which you take up easily and with a good dose of humor. Hospitality and quality are paramount, but hard work and laughter are just as important.

  • Affinity with education and pupils/students
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (in word and writing)
  • Good knowledge in using MS Office

  • You are able to verify what could enhance the school’s development at management level, after all you support the facility manager
  • You feel at home working in a dynamic environment where no day is the same
  • You are good in planning and organising without losing sight of priorities
  • Due to your analytical skills you are able to turn problems into solutions
  • You are both social and communicative as you will be in contact with colleagues and external stakeholders on a regular basis

We offer you
