The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Faculty Coordinator in English, Languages and IB.  You will work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Faculty and our other part time Faculty Coordinator to provide coordination and administrative support to the faculty staff and students.

You will have a pivotal role in the smooth running of the Faculty. We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, able to multi-task, produce work to an accurate, high standard and have a flexible, confident approach to working within a busy environment.

You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and to take responsibility for the efficient running of the administration of the Faculty.

In addition to the above you will also be asked to perform administrative duties one day a week for the English and Maths Faculties.

You will need to be confident in using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will receive training on how to use various college systems for timetabling and student on-line payments so the ability to learn and adapt to new packages is essential.

This is a great opportunity to play a crucial role in the continued success of the faculty and to ensure the very best support for staff and students in the college.
