Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, dynamic and inspirational professional to lead a large faculty.

As well as possessing excellent leadership qualities, the successful candidate should have a strong academic background and be able to teach one of the faculty disciplines (English, Drama, RE or Music) up to A Level.

Our ideal candidate will:

§ be an experienced and competent leader who has demonstrable evidence of strategically leading and operationally managing the curriculum;

§ have the ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower teams and individuals to achieve excellence;

§ be an exemplary classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success and a relentless focus on student outcomes;

§ be prepared to support the school beyond their job description and take part in a range of events and activities that form part of the life and ethos of our school.
