Following the promotion of the current post holder to Assistant Headteacher, Cantell School is seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and suitably experienced Faculty Leader to strategically lead the Humanities Faculty: Geography, History, RE, Business and Travel & Tourism. The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience of achieving successful outcomes at KS3 and KS4. The post holder will have the opportunity to shape and develop provision across all subject areas within the faculty, with a strong focus on teaching and learning to secure outstanding student outcomes.

Cantell School is a larger than average comprehensive school set in the heart of the vibrant and diverse City of Southampton, on the south coast.
