37 hours per week (flexible working across the week), 39 Weeks per year (Including 1 week during the breaks)

We need you to help us improve school attendance through the effective working with students, families, pastoral support teams as well as other external agencies. You will be required to analyse data to guide interventions, evaluate their impact and improve figures for attendance and punctuality.
You will work supportively with families offering practical and emotional support to ensure the child’s needs are met within the family.
The successful candidate should be able to work on their own initiative, have good attention to detail, be reliable and flexible in their working pattern. Some experience in working in this environment would be beneficial.
