Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and Governors of The English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College are looking for a motivated and dedicated Family Support & Home School Liaison Lead.

You will manage a case load of children and work with their families which will involve home visits to families in our school community.  

The successful candidate will:

• Be committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of our school.

• Demonstrate a successful track record of intervention work with children, young people and their families.

• Have experience in supporting and engaging hard to reach families and delivering packages of support.

• Have experience of undertaking Early Help assessments and current Child Protection procedures.

• Hold NVQ3 or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.

• Have excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and develop positive relationships.

The English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College holistically educates students from the age of 11 to 18 (Year 7 through to Year 13). We are part of the Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and belong to the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle.
