Permanent Full-time, term time only inclusive of 5 Inset Days - 37 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated full time Family Support Worker to work with families in our school.
The role will involve working with parents to enable them to identify, acknowledge and meet their own and their children’s needs, develop life skills, make and sustain effective change and reduce vulnerability. You will operate as the School’s designated safeguarding lead and work effectively with the Inclusion Faculty and Pastoral Team to identify students and families in need of support.
