Job overview
The Family Support in Fife Worker will be part of the School team responsible for engaging with Young People and their families to improve attainment, attendance and understanding. The Service provides opportunities, support and advice to families both on a Universal level as well as a range of more targeted interventions.
Experience of work with vulnerable families to support improved capacity to parent
Experience of either early years, school, community, health or social work/care setting
Experience of working collaboratively with other professional agencies
Demonstrate relevant experience of direct work with vulnerable children and their families
Demonstrate experience of facilitating group work programmes
