We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience of working with children and/or families.

The role is to support pupils and their families in school, community and home settings, providing ongoing assistance.
You will require the skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of external agencies in order to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people. Time management and organisation are key to this role. You must be approachable and confidential with the ability to relate to children and young people in a sympathetic manner.

Contract Type: 2 years, fixed term in the first instance.
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 5 days a week, term-time only, plus 15 days.
