Federation Maths Leader

The Koinonia Federation is formed of two schools, based over three campuses - St Mary Magdalene all through school on the Greenwich Peninsula, St Mary Magdalene Primary Campus in Woolwich and Christ Church Primary School in East Greenwich.

Due to internal promotion of our current leader we are seeking an experienced class teacher to be responsible for leading maths across our federation of three primary campuses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop leadership skills within a supportive, forward thinking environment.

We are looking for an experienced class teacher who is: 

• exemplary in their teaching 
• highly organised, motivational and flexible 
• inspiring and reflective in their classroom practice 
• creative and dynamic in their approach to teaching and learning 
• committed to high standards of achievement, progress and behaviour for all
• has some subject leadership experience

Our £65m building is situated on the Greenwich Peninsula, beside the O2, offering excellent public transport links via the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich and various bus routes. 

As this role will involve contact with children we will take up at least two references before interview asking about your suitability to work with children. Any job offer will be conditional on you having a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service Criminal Records Check and Barred List Check, having the legal right to work in the UK and having satisfactory overseas criminal records checks if deemed necessary.
