Female Head of Admissions and Marketing

We are looking for an Admissions and Marketing Lead to support the student roll at DSGD and build a strong brand and reputation for the school in the Durham Family and the wider community.

Your Admissions responsibilities include liaising with the Principal and Heads of Primary and Secondary to ensure a full student roll with timely recruitment of students to ensure continuity of class and year student numbers. You will be responsible for the student recruitment process with presentations, tours and relationships with feeder schools and also the enrolment process of testing and evaluating incoming students, along with all parent and student communication during this process, working closely with Admissions staff.

You will also be responsible for implementing and updating the student enrolment policy, ensuring Ministry guidelines are met and payments are made in a timely manner.

Your marketing responsibilities include tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity, creating effective marketing plans, manage all social media platforms, the school website and the parent application. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities include assisting in organizing and managing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the school.
