We are now looking to appoint a Finance/Administration Assistant. This is an essential role in the school to provide efficient administrative support to our Business Support Team.

Key duties
- Input invoices on a weekly basis ensuring they are signed by the correct signatory and the BACS file is handed over to be processed
- Reconcile statements , requesting copy invoices where applicable
- Run daily reports and open school shop ensuring students are provided with goods purchased and any queries are dealt with
- Process orders on the purchase order system
- Support school lettings
- Maintain filing systems both paper and electronic, efficiently and in accordance with current systems and processes
