We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our busy Finance Office as a Finance Administrator. This is a varied role supporting the College’s financial operations, involving the preparation and processing of sales and purchase invoices, reconciliation tasks, and the maintenance of accurate financial records in line with College procedures.

Working as part of a friendly and professional team, you will be responsible for a range of finance administration duties, including reconciling credit card and fuel card statements, maintaining the Online College Store, assisting with trip costings, managing supplier communications and payments, and supporting other finance functions as required.

Applicants should have excellent administrative and IT skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Experience in a finance-related role would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
