The Head of School and Governing Body are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator who is flexible, reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking, to join the Finance Team in providing effective and proactive administration and support to the School and Business Manager.
This is new role and some of the responsibilities will include
- Managing your own area of work
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing reports and returns
- Supporting the ordering of items across the school and processing associated paperwork, authorisation levels, invoices etc.
- General finance duties
- General administrative duties
Strong ICT skills, including proficiency in database management, are essential for this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Experience with SIMS Finance would be highly advantageous.
