The Crestwood School are looking to appoint a full time Finance/Administration Assistant to provide financial and administrative support under the direction of the Facilities & Operations Manager and working closing with the Trust’s central Finance Team.


Finance

You will support, manage and undertake the day-to-day operations of all financial systems, in accordance with the practices and procedures of the school and Invictus Education Trust working closing with the central Finance Team.  You should have experience of working in a financial environment, preferably in an educational setting.

Administration 

To support the school office with day to day administrative tasks, updating student records, data input, correspondence, reception, photocopying, filing etc.

You should apply if you are a good communicator, have the ability to organise, plan and prioritise, can work as part of a team and are actively studying towards AAT or NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.

The Crestwood School is a secondary school for children between the ages of 11 and 16. It is a coeducational establishment which was converted to academy status in March 2015. It is based in the town of Kingswinford, West Midlands, in Dudley. At present, the Crestwood School has around 645 students being educated at the establishment.
