Required from Mid November 2019
37 hours per week, term time only plus 10 additional days (to include INSET days and the final week in August annually)
Grade 14 (minimum starting salary £16,042 per annum)
The successful applicant will provide finance and admin support to the academy and may on occasion be called upon to assist on Reception. The post requires a practical knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, plus a basic knowledge of finance, VAT, HR and payroll procedures. Knowledge of both the SIMS and SIMS FMS systems would be an advantage.
The role involves regular contact and communication with staff, visitors and students, and a polite and helpful attitude is essential. In addition, candidates should be well-organised with the ability to prioritise their workload to meet deadlines. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be a good team player, be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy dealing with people and administration in a busy environment.
