We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and professional Finance & Operations Assistant to join our administration team at Shebbear College.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong financial and organisational skills to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and operational functions of the school. Working closely with colleagues across the school and Head Office, you will provide support to staff, parents and pupils, helping to ensure the efficient running of a wide range of financial, administrative and operational processes.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within a financial or administrative environment, excellent attention to detail, strong numerical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience within a school environment and knowledge of systems such as iSAMS, SIMS or NetSuite would be advantageous.
Shebbear College is a small independent day and boarding school of around 300 pupils, for boys and girls aged 2 to 18. Set within 85 acres of beautiful countryside between Dartmoor and Exmoor, it offers an idyllic and rewarding place to work.
