Our distinctive ethos is founded on the Gospel values of faithfulness, humility, truth, forgiveness, tolerance, dignity, service and respect. The Trust was established by, and is accountable to, the Roman Catholic Diocese of East Anglia.

The Directors of the MAT are seeking to appoint an individual with a strong financial and/or commercial background to work closely with the CEO as Finance and Operations Director. This is a key role with responsibility for the financial, HR and business administration of the MAT, including the role of Company Secretary.

We are seeking someone who can provide effective and efficient financial, personnel and facilities management and ensure high quality strategic financial planning that enables the MAT to make the best possible use of its resources and provide the best outcomes for its pupils. The candidate will have strong leadership, management and communication skills and will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated. Previous experience within a school environment would be of benefit but is not essential. Applicants should be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the MAT.
