Salary: Band 3 Pt 6 £12,406 – Pt 11 £13,697 (actual salary per annum), depending on qualifications and experience.

Hours: 27.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (actual hours to be agreed), 40 weeks per year.

The Finance Assistant will administer a range of processes in relation to financial transactions within the School. Relevant experience of financial matters and accounting within a school setting or similar would be desirable.

King Edward VI Grammar School, Chelmsford (known as KEGS locally) is a Leading Edge School, constantly testing and adapting professional practice to raise standards of teaching and learning.
