Salary: NT1 on the Truro School Non-Teaching Staff Scales (£26,228 pa FTE).

Start Date: November 2026

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in finance and accounting. No previous finance experience is required, as full training and support will be provided. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across a range of finance activities, including banking, invoicing, financial administration, reconciliations, and year-end processes, whilst studying towards an AAT qualification.

We are looking for a candidate with strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a positive approach to learning.
