About the role: Hartley Primary Academy has a rare and exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced and efficient Finance Assistant to join our friendly and vibrant team. The overarching purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive financial support service to the Finance Manager.  Please note that this is a busy position; our successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise and also accuracy and attention to detail. Our successful candidate will benefit from being part of our highly collaborative team!  

The working basis of this role is 25 hours per week during Term Time plus 3 weeks inset which will be agreed in advance. You will be reporting into a highly experienced Finance Manager, and our successful candidate should be able to hit the ground running with a 'can-do' attitude. 

The closing date for this position is Monday 15th July 2019 and interviews are scheduled to take place week commencing 22nd July 2019, and our successful candidate will start the role at the end of August in time for the new academic year.

In addition, the Trust is responsible for one of the region’s biggest initial teaching training providers and a large teaching school.
