About the Role and You
Contract type: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 12pm, All Year Round
Salary: Dependent on experience
Start date: Immediate Start Available
Your responsibilities will include:
- Send out termly invoices and associated record keeping by using Xero
- Send Early Years Funding forms with covering letter to parents.
- Complete early Years claim forms.
- Handling billing enquiries from suppliers
- Taking payments over the phone and Bank statement reconciliations
- Enter bills, Debt collection
- Overview of “School Money” payment account and general accounts administration
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Levels or equivalent
- Experience of using the Xero accounts package
- Proven administrative and organisational skills with ability to prioritise, manage and complete a variety of tasks in periods of high pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative approach to curriculum design.
