Finance Assistant

Do you want an active and varied role in a finance team delivering an efficient, effective and customer focused finance service to all academies within a multi academy trust?

In this role you will contribute to the team and wider Multi Academy Trust through maintain accurate financial records within the finance and accounting system . You will be supporting your designated academies in line with the Trust's financial regulations, policies and procedures.

This is a temporary post covering maternity leave for up to 11 months. You will be working between 20 to 25 hours per week, flexible to suit the candidate.

We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

You will:

• Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including grade 4(C) in Maths and English as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Be able to manage a varied and complex workload, deliver to timescale and produce complex information in a logical user-friendly way
• Excel at planning your time, organising and communicating as well as having strong ICT skills, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
