Salary Grade: Hay 5, (points 6 – 13)

Actual Salary: £19,964.00 - £22,619.00

We are seeking to appoint a Finance Assistant to work within our Finance Department providing an efficient, effective and responsive Finance administrative service. The post holder will be responsible for processing invoices and orders, inputting and extracting data from the Finance database. You will also be responsible for the financial administration of the school’s cashless systems e.g. Parent Pay.

The successful candidate will have recent finance/administration experience and be a good communicator with high literacy, numeracy and computer skills. You will need to be flexible and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, students, parents and other professionals.
