Aloha College Marbella is seeking a meticulous and organised Finance Assistant to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing support with billing enquiries. This role offers the chance to work in a professional and welcoming international school environment, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in finance, accounting, or billing, with strong numerical and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, and experience with management systems would be an advantage. Previous experience in the educational sector will be considered a plus. The role also requires strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with costumers, colleagues, and external contacts. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and knowledge of any additional language would be desirable.
