Support the transformation of education across London. Harris Federation is currently looking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the Central Finance Team.
Your opportunity
Located in the Federation's central office in East Croydon, the central Finance team is currently looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Finance Business Partner who will be responsible for the provision of high-quality financial management information and professional advice to senior managers within a cluster of three Harris academies.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner and Academy Principals, the post holder will be a qualified accountant with excellent interpersonal skills. They will be keen to take ownership of this newly created post and develop the Federation’s internal reporting. Academy sector experience is not required but is desirable.

What we are looking for

- Good verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
- A high level of competence in Excel and good exposure to different accounting systems
- Good analytical skills and a positive approach to problem solving
