To support us in our goals, we want to appoint a Finance Business Partner to our Central Team. This is an exciting time to join the Trust as we grow the Central Team to strengthen the professional operational support for our schools.
The Role
The successful candidate will be part of the Trust central finance team and will work closely with Headteachers, holding responsibility for providing financial management to our schools in Croydon. Your time will be split working our central office near Tower Bridge, London, and with the School Leadership Teams in Croydon. There will be scope to work one day a week from home.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking to progress their finance career in the not-for-profit sector. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, quick learner with strong attention to detail and the confidence to establish themselves as a key contributor to the schools and the Trust Finance Team. Ideally you will be fully qualified or a finalist. Experience in budgeting and financial reporting will be a distinct advantage as will experience of academy or charity financial accounts. This role will provide excellent career development working as part of a professional, qualified team.
The role offers 28 days’ annual leave rising by one day per year to a maximum of 30 days and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
