St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Trust and contribute to the development and monitoring of school finances with the school business managers and Headteachers. You will be part of supporting the transformation of the educational landscape for children aged 2 – 16 across the Trust. You will be at the forefront of making a difference to children’s lives through supporting senior leaders within our academies. 

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for organising and supervising financial administrative and reporting systems across all academies in the Trust. You will be expected to manage budgets, provide financial advice and analysis, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. 

Applicants should have: 

• A relevant financial qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector. 

• Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements. 

• Ability to build effective relationships and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial information in a user-friendly way to non-financial stakeholders. 

• Commitment to the ethos and values of St Joseph Catholic MAT.

This role is based at the CMAT offices on Mann Island, Regus in Liverpool, however you will be expected to travel to the academies across the Trust as required.
