37 hours per week - Term Time only plus 5 teacher training days + an additional 15 days
Mon-Thurs: 8.30 am –4:30 pm, Fri: 8.30 am – 4:00 pm (including: 30 minutes lunch)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our finance function for a Finance Controller. This senior post holder will work within the busy secondary school finance team, but also support our primary partners. The main purpose of the role is to efficiently deliver an outstanding financial service to our whole school. The role is very varied and includes day to day operational tasks alongside management reporting. The successful candidate will have a financial background and demonstrate a good understanding of financial accounting. Supporting the School Business Manager, the post holder will be a strong team player, willing to produce management reports, follow financial procedures and meet strict deadlines. This post requires flexibility during busy periods (including month and year end) and a drive to create financial excellence.
