We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join our College and play a key role in delivering an efficient, high-quality finance service. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working collaboratively, leading a team, and making a meaningful contribution within a dynamic educational environment.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead the College's day-to-day finance function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, the timely production of management accounts and statutory returns, and the delivery of exceptional financial support across the College. You will have direct line management responsibility for two Finance Assistants and a Credit Controller, providing leadership, support, and development to ensure a responsive and effective finance team.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, analytical, and confident managing multiple priorities. You will possess excellent communication and IT skills, demonstrate sound financial judgement, and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
