Salary: CAN scale 28-31 (Actual salary pro-rata £28,712 to £31,891. FTE: £31,040 to £34,181 per annum)

Overtime, during term time, may be available

Working hours: 36 per week, between 8.00am and 4pm – please refer to job description for more information

Weeks per year: Term time (188 days) plus 2 staff prep days, plus 20 additional days (to be worked during school closure) – 210 days in total

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to lead our Finance Team. Prior experience in a finance role is desirable.

This role is well supported within the Trust with systems and procedures well-established. Applicants who have strong organisational skills, the ability to follow systems and procedures and advise others and with sufficient background experience to understand the nature of work required, are encouraged to apply.

This is a busy and varied role, working as part of a larger, dedicated team who pride themselves on providing an outstanding support service to the school, leadership team and governance. You will become an integral part of the school community and a first point of contact for all finance enquiries.

This is a non-teaching post which will give the successful candidates an excellent opportunity to work supporting both staff and students at a mixed comprehensive school for students aged 11-18 inclusive of a Specialist ASC Base.
