Great Bedwyn CofE School is an ‘Outstanding’ village school set on the edge of the Savernake Forest within the Marlborough cluster of schools.

This role is split into 2 distinct parts: finance officer and admin assistant so could be done by 2 people.

Finance Officer: The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate a good knowledge of finance. Knowledge of school finance software would be an advantage.

We require someone who is well organised, accurate, flexible, an excellent communicator and has good IT skills. Experience of SAGE would be desirable but full training will be given.

Admin officer: This post requires excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with children, colleagues, parents and visitors. The candidate will provide an efficient and courteous reception service, as well as delivering confidential, efficient and flexible administrative support within our busy office.

Applicants will need to be excellent communicators and should possess IT skills, Microsoft Office 365 package essential. Knowledge of Bromcom would be an advantage but training will be given.
