The Financial Controller will support the Chief Finance and Operating Officer in ensuring that the Trust financial operations are carried out in accordance with the PKAT Finance manual. The post is an opportunity for an enthusiastic qualified accountant who would enjoy working in a central finance function leading a small team covering both financial and management accounting in a Multi Academy Trust with over £20m income. No two days will be the same and there is involvement with a trading company too.
The successful applicant will share our vision and values and ensure we offer every PKAT child and staff member the best experience. Working together as a Multi-Academy Trust has allowed us to use the expertise across our 5 schools to meet our common goals and to give our pupils and students an inclusive, innovative learning community that respects and benefits everyone. We have aspirational plans for the future, and if you want to truly make a difference to the lives and aspirations of our students, we look forward to hearing from you.
