Arnold House was founded in 1905 in St John’s Wood. It is an independent preparatory school located in London, NW8, for boys from 3 to 13, and a member of IAPS (Independent Association of Prep Schools).
We are looking for a committed and experienced Financial Controller to join our vibrant school community. The successful candidate will have an accountancy qualification, will pay excellent attention to detail, have an analytical mind and experience of management accounting. Experience of working in an independent school would be an advantage.
The hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. The role is year round, although the holidays are generous. Other benefits include pension contributions, free lunches during term time and a cycle to work scheme.

About Arnold House School
Arnold House School is an independent Church of England primary school for boys aged 3-13, located in the St John's Wood area of north-west London. Arnold House School was established in 1905 with just nine pupils. Today there are eight year groups, each divided into two forms.
The school aims for class sizes of between 16 and 18. The main academic subjects are taught with a view to meeting the standards set by the Common Entrance syllabus, which relates to the demands of the national curriculum but with extra time devoted to French, classics and games.
