Trainer – Fire Marshal

About the Role

St John Ambulance offer a wide range of life-saving and health & safety courses, in this new role, you will train people how to be responsible, safe and calm in the event of a fire. The course teaches important topics including how to put out a fire, how to organise people in the workplace or at home in the event of a fire and about implementing fire prevention policies & procedures.

Ideally, you will have experience in training fire safety to groups of people either working as a commercial trainer or from a frontline firefighting/fire safety career.

You must have the ability to be engaging while delivering the Fire Marshall training course and the expertise to deliver the content at the right pace for the training group, as often these training courses can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved.

Experience

• Must have right to work in the UK
• Ideally, you will have experience in delivering training and coaching groups of adults
• A background as a Firefighter or a Fire Marshall Trainer would be advantageous
