£24,804pa to £25,212pa (full time equivalent salary)

This would be pro rata’d from £21,112pa to £21,459pa for full time (36hrs per week : 8:30am until 4pm which includes a 20 minute lunch break).

or from £13,195pa to £13,412pa for part time (22.5hrs per week: either 8:30am until 1pm or 12pm until 4:30pm).

 

 

We are looking for a First Aid Officer to join our school. Ideally the successful candidate will hold a current first aid certificate for the workplace, however this is not essential and training can be provided if required. 

 

We are either looking for someone to work full time (8:30am until 4pm) or for two part time members of staff to work either from 8:30amuntil 1pm or from 1pm until 4:30pm. Ideally the part time members of staff would be able to cover for colleague absence if required. Please indicate your preference/availability for either full time or part time when applying.

 

As our first point of contact for first aid they will need to have a calm, confident and helpful manner. Good communication skills are required when dealing with students, parents, carers and staff. You must have a flexible, methodical approach to work and enjoy multi-tasking on a daily basis in a busy environment. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
