We believe in excellence and back that up with high standards, real working environments and great teaching. That is why we aim to give every person the opportunity to develop their full potential in a supportive and friendly environment.

We require a highly motivated individual to join our Health and Fitness Hub as a Fitness Hub Technician (Term time only - 38 weeks of the year) where you will promote the hub and actively aim to increase participation; dealing with all guests, bookings, enquiries and cashier duties.

Maintaining accurate records and promoting and arranging the external hire of the sports facilities, you will provide a staff presence during external hire of sports hall (minimum of 2 evenings per week) and offer advice and guidance of membership to customers.

Proactively providing assistance to all clients using the fitness equipment and conducting induction sessions for all new members and users, you will provide guidance on fitness programmes for all clients where requested and deliver group fitness sessions.

We are looking for candidates with a level 3 qualification or above in sport / fitness or equivalent, a level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification and a First Aid Certificate. With excellent customer service experience and the ability to work within a team and be individually pro-active, you will have experience of fitness inductions and programming and the setting up and removal of equipment and be capable of promoting activity and working with young people.
