Job overview

The post holder will be required to work closely alongside key staff to promote excellent attendance, through application of the attendance policy. You will have good communication and organisational skills, be able to work as part of a team. The use of IT systems is essential to produce reports as well as analysis statistical data for monitoring purposes.

Experience of working with spreadsheets and database is required. You must be a pleasant and willing individual with the ability to remain calm and cheerful under pressure.

Located in the London Borough of Ealing, The Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls is a large secondary school for girls aged 11-19.   Established as a comprehensive in 1974, the school was named for a former MP and Education Secretary, and became a foundation school in 1999. With over 1300 pupils on roll, the school is larger than the average secondary school, and has a large and diverse catchment area, a fact reflected in the school’s student intake. The school was judged as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in 2019, has obtained The Well Being Award, the Investors in People Gold Award and the Healthy Schools Gold Award.
