25 hours per week, term time only plus three INSET days 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Maiden Erlegh School for a Food Technician to join their talented and supportive team. The key aspects of this technician role will involve the following:

  • Preparing for lessons including setting up and clearing away materials, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ensuring all workspaces and equipment is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard.
  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson demonstrations and assisting students with using equipment.
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are always upheld.
  • Ordering stock and managing stock levels.

You will be able to communicate effectively, with the ability to work well alongside pupils and teaching staff, working collaboratively across the entire school.

Maiden Erlegh School, an Ofsted awarded 'Outstanding' school in all inspection categories, is a highly successful comprehensive school providing education and enrichment for over 1,800 students aged 11-18.
