Hours: 30 hours per week, term-time only
As a 7-18 State Boarding School we are seeking a Food Technology Technician to work in our busy and successful Food Technology Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person with good communication and practical skills, a love of food and an interest in helping young people develop cooking skills.
The role includes assisting Food Technology staff in KS2, KS3 and KS4 classes, maintaining and organising the Food Technology classroom and supporting School Food Technology Clubs.
This is a part-time role and we are seeking someone to work opposite hours to our existing Food Technology Technician with the following working hours pattern:
Monday & Tuesday– 08.15am – 1.15pm
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 1.15pm – 7.15pm
Saturday – 08.15-12.15 (alternate weeks)
