Foreign Language Assistant

This is a wonderful opportunity for an exceptional modern linguist to assist the teaching of French, Spanish or German with particular emphasis on developing speaking skills in the College’s Modern Languages faculty. 

You need to be fluent in either French, German or Spanish and have strong written communication skills in this language as well as in English. Ideally, you would also have or aim for a teaching qualification, have experience working with pupils of the relevant age group or study for a degree in a relevant subject. 

This is a one year fixed term contract and you will be required to work an average of 12 hours per week as well as to assist with administrative tasks and planning. Naturally, the nature of the school year will require some flexibility and since Bradfield is a boarding school, there will be opportunities for involvement in a variety of events and activities.
