Part time 20-25 hours per week
We are seeking to appoint a Forest School Instructor to start in September 2021, when we will be expanding our Forest School provision to a double period a week for each class from Year 3 to Year 6.
Reporting to the Senior Teacher and Deputy Head Academic, the Forest School Instructor will be expected to provide inspirational, high quality Forest School lessons to all pupils in the Prep School. The Forest School Instructor should be familiar with the delivery and assessment of quality Outdoor Learning provision and have a Level 2 or 3 qualification or be willing to begin acquiring the qualification in readiness for September 2021.
The Forest School Instructor will play a key role in the development, set up and day-to-day management of the Forest School at the Prep School. The School has an exceptional induction and professional development programme to support new colleagues.
This is a part time role, working between 20-25 hours per week, ideally over five afternoons.
