About the Role

KFG is looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced Foundation Phase Educator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will play an important role in nurturing, inspiring and supporting young learners through a creative, child-centred approach based on best practice and the British EYFS framework.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Recognised Early Years qualification, such as CACHE Level 3, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, BTEC, HND or PGCE in Early Years

• English as a first language / native-level English fluency

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar early years setting

• Proven experience delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum

• Strong understanding of child development and early years best practice

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences based on EYFS principles

• Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

• Support children's personal, social and emotional development

• Observe, assess and document children's learning and development

• Maintain positive communication with parents and caregivers

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management

• Bring creativity, flexibility and a positive growth mindset to the classroom

• Promote children's wellbeing, safety and development

• Maintain high standards of health, safety and safeguarding
