11 hours per week (6 hours per week teaching) /52 weeks per year)
Teaching would be Monday afternoon and evenings 3pm – 9pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic professional to join the Business team within the Directorate of Applied & Academic Learning to teach on our CIPD provision at Level 5.
The successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a passion for their subject and hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Business, or HR, or Learning and Development; with the expertise to teach in the specialist area of Human Resource Management.
Experience and Skills
- CIPD Intermediate Level in HR or L&D, or a relevant Level 6 Business qualification
- HR Management experience
- Current sector skills knowledge
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C as a minimum or equivalent
- Previous experience of delivering these or similar courses is advantageous but not essential
