A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Lecturer to join a dynamic and expanding team within the department of Sixth Form with an emphasis of teaching A-Level Sociology.
You are expected to be a highly skilled classroom based practitioner, with experience of teaching and assessing in A-level Sociology.
Applications are welcome from teachers who also can add other subject specialisms to the role. You will also be contributing to the development of the course and responsible for monitoring and maintaining high levels of student attendance, retention and achievement in our fast growing and improving Sixth form.
The successful candidate will have relevant teaching experience, a related undergraduate qualification, plus a teaching qualification, and a qualification in English and mathematics at minimum Level 2.
