Queensmead is an ‘outstanding’, oversubscribed 11-18 mixed academy school where students achieve highly and display ‘exemplary behaviour’ (Ofsted).
We are seeking a conscientious, reliable and enthusiastic person, with effective communication skills, to work as a French Foreign Language Assistant. The successful candidate will be educated to Degree level and be fluent in French.
Duties will include working with individuals, small groups or a whole class; Assist in the preparation and development of agreed curriculum activities; Accompany teaching staff and pupils on visits.
This is a fixed term position from 1st September 2020 to 31st August 2021 and will be reviewed at the end of this period.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, term time only, 8.45am to 2.45pm, with unpaid breaks.
