Stowe is looking to recruit a keen French Language Assistant who has a Bachelors Degree in French or is a French Native speaker, with a high level of written and spoken English. The role as French Language Assistant runs from September 2023 to the end of term in July 2024. Our Language Assistants help our A-Level Students to prepare for their spoken examinations on a one-to-one basis and they assist teachers in the department with lower school lessons. The Assistants’ timetable is approximately 15 lessons of 50 minutes each and all members of the School are expected to contribute to the boarding community. The salary is currently around £10,405 pa, plus full board and lodging on site and use of the School facilities. Settled or pre settled status is required or legal entitlement to work in the UK.
