FRENCH LANGUAGE ASSISTANT
Required from 20th April 2020
We are seeking to appoint a French Language Assistant (native level speaker) from 20th April this year. The person appointed will be teaching approximately 35 X 35 minute periods, throughout term time. They will help to prepare our pupils for their IGCSE, PRE-U and IB speaking examinations.
Founded by Frances Mary Buss in 1850, the North London Collegiate School is an academic girls’ independent day school which occupies a superb 30 acre site in Canons Park, North West London. We are a highly selective independent school for girls aged from 4 to 18 years. The school has consistently featured in the top five schools for IGCSE and IB in national league tables for the past decade. Modern Languages are a very popular option at the school. We have very good numbers at all levels, enjoy outstanding examination results and annually we send a good number of girls to top universities to study Spanish.
North London Collegiate School has its own generous salary scale.

About North London Collegiate School
North London Collegiate School is an independent all-through day school for girls, based in Edgware. Its motto translates from Latin as "in the hope of labour". There are 1,065 aged 4-18 on the school roll.
The school was founded by Frances Mary Buss at the family home in Camden in 1850. The current site was acquired in 1929, and the school was fully relocated in 1940. The main site is a country house built in the eighteenth century. Since 2011, North London Collegiate School has had a franchise school in South Korea.
