Front of House Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organised and approachable individual to join our Operations team as a Front of House Coordinator. This role acts as ‘the face’ of The Royal Ballet School and is the first point of contact for the public, as well as liaising with all members of staff and the successful candidate will be expected to provide a warm and welcoming service to all. This role will be varied and will involve not only providing a high level of customer service on Reception, but will also provide support administratively to all departments as required, particularly supporting the administration within the Operations team. The post holder will also be expected to lock the building and set alarms at the end of the day.
The successful candidate should have experience in a previous customer facing role and of dealing with varying levels of administration. Experience of working within a School environment would be beneficial.
Hours: 35 per week (excluding 1 hour lunch break) 11am-7pm Monday- Friday with evening and weekend work compensated on a TOIL basis
Salary: £21,000-£23,000 per annum depending on skills, knowledge and experience
