Full or Part-Time (0.4) Specialist Literacy Tutor (Permanent)

We require a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and flexible practitioner to join our dedicated team of tutors. Applicants must hold a recognised qualification (Level 5 or above) in working with students with Dyslexia / SpLD and have the ability to deliver specialist intervention to students with a broad range of literacy difficulties on a 1:1 or small group basis.

The successful applicant will need to use a highly visual and interactive teaching style to support students’ learning. Subject to a required minimum 2 days/week working, flexibility on working patterns across the week is available.

The post offers generous family friendly holiday provision and employer support available for staff seeking shared accommodation. In addition, a stakeholder pension scheme is available with staff contributions matched by Moor House up to a generous capped limit.
